How to Turn Mundane Chores into Mindful Practices
First lets break down
how- to?
this very questions lacks basic ground work before starting something new and fresh
the very hold up, what am I supposed to do or how? I must start something
how? do I make this simple? how can I read this? how can I be mindful?
how do I sleep and wake up to new beginnings and how? should I plan?
So many HOWs and never a laid back concept of starting, we tend to burn our time in thinking and thought processing through out the how and forget that our attention span lasts very less and next minute you forget your tasks, hahah been there, done that!
Mundane chores are nothing but your regular routines,
same old patterned day, tasks and lifestyle, same old boring shirt and same old shoes,
we follow ones life choices as the best approach to our life as well, we never tend to have our own individuality or self magic, it's true we idolize something that fits the system
something so in the ordinary and never out of the ordinary?
Mundane- ordinary and simple
chores- routine and work
mindful- conscious and active
practices- habits and practical correction of behavioral traits
pacing down and slow and steady, nobody is rushing you but yourself and in this hustle bustle of daily life, we miss out the nectar essence of slowing down, we were taught that speeding up is beneficial but never the point where speed work is prone to potential mistakes, typos and work management disorder
Perfectionism on the contrary, is overlooked as impulsive and out of order manner of someone, we must always strive for perfectionism without anxiety or over burning oneself, mentally and physically
There's mundane in making sum sweet filling tea, beauty of mundane
nourishment
There's mundane in folding laundry, unless it's not super hectic and overflowing
Cleaning the clutter or load of undone laundry, folding makes them compact and easy to store them or! makes it easier for cleaning and for wardrobe management
Mundane chores with mindful impact make them less a worry and sort chore than a "I must do this because it will give me peace and give me space of order"
